Through the debating competition, the programme aims to nurture a critical and independent mind of the young people on gambling issues, reduce their misconception and temptation as well as the chance of participating in gambling activities. Apart from sponsoring the programme, the Ping Wo Fund also fully supported the final competition by inviting Ben Sir and Leung Ka Ki to host a quiz game on site. Students were able to get no gambling message in a fun and interactive manner. The critics and power quotes delivered by four competing teams were speculative. At last, the champion went to Heep Yunn School and its debater also won the Most Valuable Debater.
