Through the debating competition, the programme aims to nurture a critical and independent mind of the young people on gambling issues, reduce their misconception and temptation as well as the chance of participating gambling activities. The programme includes a large-scale seminar, debate competitions amongst 32 teams from secondary schools and a sharing session targeting to members of the public. Meanwhile, the project will render a video in the theme of no gambling on its dedicated Facebook fan page, to further spread out the message to the public.
